The following guidelines represent the Refund Policy of SM Bounce Rentals LLC
Cancellation by customer:
When a customer makes a reservation regarding our rentals, they do so by placing a deposit on that particular unit with a vaild credit card unless other arrangements have been made.
That deposit will range from $50.00 to $100.00 depending on the unit chosen.
That unit is then taken out of our product availability for that particular day and alloted time. We therefore will be unable to make it available to any other potential customer.
A) If a reservation is cancelled by the customer; 8 days or more prior to their reserved date then the customer can choose either a full refund of their deposit or they can elect to have that deposit applied against a future reservation.
B) If a reservation is cancelled by the customer; 2 - 7 days prior to their reserved date then their deposit will not be refunded but will be applied against a future reservation.
C) If a reservation is cancelled by the customer; less than 2 days prior to their reserved date then their deposit will be forfeited and no refund will be issued. (SM Bounce Rentals LLC reserves the right to issue a raincheck at their discretion based on a case by case basis.)
Cancellation by weather:
All cancellations due to weather (prior to the set up of the unit) by either the customer or SM Bounce Rentals LLC will result in a raincheck for the amount of the deposit to be applied against a future reservation.
